About Paulette Brown-Hinds

Paulette Brown-Hinds, PhD is co-founder of BPC MediaWorks, a California-based communications firm with over a decade’s experience handling statewide, regional, and local government campaigns and high profile clients. In that capacity, she has served as the lead communications consultant for a number of clients including:

  • Eadie + Payne, one of the oldest accounting firms in California
  • Siebert, Brandford & Shank, the largest minority-owned bond underwriting firm in the U.S.
  • March LifeCare, a 300-acre base-reuse medical project
  • Abengoa Solar Mojave Project, one of the largest commercial solar projects in the U.S.
  • Good Energy, the largest Community Choice Aggregation management firm in the U.S.
  • State of California, various entities including the Office of the Governor and First Lady, Go-Biz, and Office of the Controller
    She was recently elected to serve on the prestigious James Irvine Foundation board.

    She has served as the Executive Director of the League of California Cities African-American Caucus.

    As the Director of Client Services for Eadie + Payne, Dr. Brown-Hinds utilizes her experience in communications, media and community engagement to ensure that the clients experience excellent client-centric service.
    Dr. Brown-Hinds has been honored by various business and community-based organizations throughout the state for her work in media and civic leadership. A committed community builder she lends her time and talent to various organizations in the Inland Region and throughout California including: The Community, Inlandia Institute, California News Publishers Association, California Press Association, and is a member of the Monday Morning Group of Western Riverside County.
