EP’s Special District Team has a long history of assisting specialized district services essential to the public’s health, safety, economy, and well-being. Created by local governments through approval of the people of a community, we are very experienced in the political subdivisions authorized through the state’s statutes, to provide these specialized services that the local city or county does not provide.
EP works statewide with agencies, districts, and associations for all types of independent special districts including irrigation, water, transportation, park and recreation, cemetery, fire, police protection, library, utility, harbor, healthcare, and community services districts.
