About Frank M. Zabaleta
Frank is a Tax and accounting partner in the Redlands office of Eadie and Payne, LLP, He also advises clients in estate and trust taxation and planning. He has over 20 years of experience in public accounting. Frank joined Eadie and Payne, LLP in 1991 and was admitted as a partner in 2001.

Frank is responsible for managing personal and business tax and also business service engagements for clients. His industry expertise includes personal, business, estate and trust taxation and planning, as well as IRS and state tax audits.

Frank has a Bachelor of Science in accounting and is a graduate of the University of Redlands. He is a licensed CPA in California and Arizona. Frank is also a registered Investment Advisor. He is active in his community and sits on the board of the Kiwanis Club of Redlands. Frank is also the treasurer of the Redlands Educational Partnership Foundation. Frank is a member of the AICPA and CalCPA Society.

Frank has participated on radio station KCAA 1050 AM as part of the On The Brink morning program. He has recently been a participant in the Legacy Giving and Financial Planning Seminar presented at the San Bernardino County Museum.
