Here are some examples of our work:

• Owners were in dispute about the funds available to the business. Through EP’s forensic investigation techniques, we identified that one of the owners was using the business for personal purchases. The misappropriated funds were six figures. The case was settled before the court date.
• A management company was found embezzling their client funds. Not only were they not properly reporting activity to their clients, but they also hid creative ways to make payments to themselves for services provided by other vendors. Funds embezzled were six figures. The case was settled before any court proceedings.
• A former employee sued their former employer for lost wages, estimated to be six figures. The case was settled before the deposition because of EP’s teamwork with the employer’s labor lawyer in identifying payroll and compliance methods in favor of the employer, saving a costly legal process from occurring.
